Cancellation Policy of GB Transport Solutions Ltd
The following policy applies to all Training courses.
CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations received 21 business days (or more) prior to any course will not be charged the training fee.
- For cancellations received less than 21 business days prior to the course date, the full course fee will be charged.
- Please note that if you do not cancel or do not attend your course, full payment will still be applicable without any refunds.
CANCELLATION OF COURSE BY GB TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS:
- GB Transport Solutions reserves the right to modify or cancel any course at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise, but we will do our utmost to avoid doing so.
- Where GB Transport Solutions cancels a course that you have paid to attend, we will offer you a full refund or a credit transfer for a future training course. Full advice on refunds/credits will be provided at the time of cancellation
